He talks about times he's met some of the meanest people are also some of the prettiest people, and that usually leads to them becoming influencers. Ben also touches on how some online beef has moved into IRL and parasocial relationships, which are relationships that are completely one-sided and how it relates to the toxic influencer enviornment.
