Training has started, finally. So lets deliver milk to everyone on the island. Sounds easy right? Not if Master Roshi has anything to say about it.
At least they have a goal in mind. The World Martial Arts tournament is coming, and if they train right, they should be able to enter. That's enough for Goku. He has an opponent in mind as well.
