Scott Assman farms and ranches with his family on the Rosebud Indian Reservation in South Dakota. Scott's family has been farming and ranching beef cattle in South Dakota for generations. The Assmans have been farming organically since 1997 and have transitioned from beef to bison over the last several years. Alex Heim ranches with his family in South Dakota.
