Emily Harveaux is a passionate Health Coach who loves to inspire people and see her clients transform their minds and bodies by helping them discover and implement their best individual nutrition and lifestyle choices. Her highest weight was 300 pounds reached many times during her 30's and 40's. At age 46, Emily lost 150 pounds over 4 years by implementing an intermittent fasting lifestyle, a carnivore diet, and getting support through accountability. She is maintaining her 150 pound weight loss and health transformation through the same habits that established her own successful transformation: carnivore diet, intermittent fasting, and accountability.
