A randomized controlled trial (RCT) with 777 participants aged 70+ investigated the effects of omega-3 (๐Ÿงด 1g/day), vitamin D (โ˜€๏ธ 2000 IU/day), and exercise (๐Ÿƒโ€โ™‚๏ธ 30 min, 3x/week) on biological aging using DNA methylation clocks.

๐Ÿ“Š Key Findings:

โœ… Omega-3 alone slowed biological aging by 2.9โ€“3.8 months over 3 years.

โœ… Combined interventions further reduced biological aging and improved health outcomes.
