My CIMT Story & How I Reversed 20 Years of Arterial Plaque - FORD BREWER MD MPH
Thanks to my first CIMT test, I discovered (to my surprise) that I have plenty of arterial plaque. Since then, I have made several adjustments to drop around 20 years of arterial age. Among other things, I started taking a statin, went on a low-carb diet, and shed some weight.
