This patient got everything he needed but is still headed for a heart attack. Why? If you look at his OGTT, insulin, and vitamin D3 numbers, this patient is already a full-blown diabetic. And we know that diabetes and prediabetes are leading risks for heart attack, strokes, and COVID-19.
