Last December Chuck Shumer and Mike Rounds put a propoal out to begin UAPdisclosure. Partial [arts of the proposal were passed. There were qutie a few parts of it that were shaved out. One of those being imminent domain. Well Democrat Robert Garcia now resubmits the UAPDA 2.0. Some of the language in the proposal is wild. Sean Kirkpatrick is a polarizing figure to say the least. He is the former head of AARO and rocked the UAP community with the report that came out recently that said there was no evidence that AARO had discovered anything NHI or concrete about the UFO Phenomenon. In a recent interview with Steven Greenstreet, Greenstreet asked about a particular meeting that Skinwalker Ranch's Brendan Fugal claimed happened in 2018. After a long winded road, Kirkpatrick told Greenstreet via email that the meeeting did not happen in 2018 and he doesn't remember meeting Fugal. Fugal shot back with receipts. he showed a picture of the bireoing itself and the people in the room and sitting there, Kirkpatrick. How does this play? How will AARO respond to this? David Grusch has been a MAJOR player in the fight for UFO disclosure. The former high level official testified that there was not only a reverse engineering program but that NHI remains have been found. There is a report from The Hill that talks about the recently declassified document of high level politicians dating back to 2011 that wanted to disclosure the reverse engineering programs. Lue Elizondo not only reweeted out this article but insinuated that the Pentagon has already looked into having criminal charges against Grusch for speaking out about UAPs Kristian Harloff discusses.

George Knapp is the godfather of UAP reporting. He has a new report discussing the recent raid by the air force on a website creator that focuses on information about Area 51. Why? There is some hints on what they may still be working on there today.
