James John Johnson, from Ocean City, sentenced to 40 years for second-degree murder in a deliberate hit-and-run that killed James Callahan. Callahan, 59, was struck in a shopping center parking lot after gesturing at a dark SUV that intentionally swerved towards him. Johnson, the driver, was identified through evidence from the Major Crimes Division and sentenced by Judge Brian D. Shockley.
