Maryland State Police arrest Armond Darel Jolley for attempted murder after he allegedly fired shots at a trooper. The incident occurred on April 2nd when the trooper responded to a disturbance call and was shot at by Jolley. The trooper managed to avoid injury and called for backup. Jolley was later apprehended and is currently in custody without bond. The Homicide Unit is investigating the case.
