Cape Henlopen State Park Trails Undergoing Repairs: Weekday Closures Expected
The Junction and Breakwater Trail and Gordons Pond Trail at Cape Henlopen State Park are set for repairs starting March 9th. The Junction and Breakwater Trail will see fencing replacement, edge regrading, and resurfacing with stone dust, closing the stretch from Tanger Outlets Seaside parking area to Hawkseye community on weekdays. Gordons Pond Trail will have high tide-damaged spots patched up, closing nearly the whole route from the south end to the elevated walkway near Herring Point on weekdays.
