Amerykański morderca Alfred J. Gaynor grasował w latach 90-tych w Springfield w stanie Massachusetts. Jego ofiarami padały kobiety, często uzależnione od narkotyków. Sam Gaynor też był od nich uzależniony, by zdobyć na nie pieniądze nie cofał się przed niczym, nawet morderstwem. Jednak motywy jego zbrodni nie były czysto rabunkowe, gdyż większość swoich ofiar wykorzystał seksualnie tuż przed lub tuż po ich śmierci.
