Andrew Kleidon is joined by Baileys Harbor Interim Town Chair David Eliot to talk about what the future might look like after the Baileys Harbor Town Board voted unanimously on March 25th to agree to a purchase price of $1.95 million for the former Nelson's Hardware Store property adjacent to the town marina. The proposal will go to a vote at the Baileys Harbor annual meeting April 20.
