Stevie Ray is a Sydney based Casting Director at the renowned McGregor Casting. Stevie has cast some amazing projects in his time including shows such as 'The Letdown', 'Diary of an Uber Driver' and 'The Moodys' and films such as 'Babyteeth', 'Lion' and 'Danger Close'. In this episode Stevie talks about how he discovered what a casting director actually does and the ways in which he navigates a job which requires a constant serving of other people's needs.
