The event was first held in 2007 by ten international family-planning organizations to raise awareness about contraception and help each new generation of adults make informed decisions until every pregnancy in the world is a planned one.&nbsp;</p><p>In other words, it promotes what is known as sexual and reproductive health.</p><br><p><strong>What exactly does that mean?
