Despite a full vaccination rate at 65.5% on average across the EU, a new wave is hitting hard in the build-up to winter.</p><br><p>Some countries are now taking a more targeted approach by imposing restrictive measures specifically on those who are not vaccinated. This started out last week, when Austrian Chancellor Alexander Schallenberg announced such a lockdown.
