Apologies girlies... today's episode is a shorter one but it has quite the topics. First we go over how the CEO of a makeup brand has been cancelled after her insane response after she received some valid criticism from a customer. Then we move onto a different company/customer feud but over an $800 wedding gift that a customer ordered which was not only unfinished months after it was promised, but when a progress picture was finally provided it was clear that the entire project was unsalvageable.
