Yesterday, we talked about brand stories. What to do and what not to do. We lightly touched on the human variable. How important it is to prioritize authenticity, and being human. Today, we’re going to dive a little deeper as it is vital for businesses to cultivate a human touch in their branding strategies. This not only inspires trust but also drives customer loyalty. 

It is no surprise that we are inherently social creatures; our brains are wired to form connections. According to research published in the Journal of Consumer Research, brands that evoke a sense of belonging and community can significantly impact purchase behavior. Consumers are more likely to buy from brands they feel a personal connection with, stemming from our innate need for social interaction. Let's take a closer look..
