In this episode, we are exploring super sizing ourselves by focusing on the things that can truly make a difference in our lives. Like the movie very clearly showed that a diet of junk food will ultimately lead to a substantial increase in weight, and potential health problems. The same applies with our non food lives. What you ingest, and tell yourself especially on a consistent basis will have an impact. Let’s make it a positive impact on ourselves, and others by becoming aware of a couple of mental rabbit holes that do not serve us.
