It’s 91 days until 2025! Wow, before you know it a new year will be here, and you will look back at the year and say wow! Can you believe it? Yesterday we talked about the perils of exponential growth as it can hide critical flaws that if left unattended can ultimately gut your greatest achievements. We shared ways to identify areas that need to be eliminated or fine tuned. We also shared the importance of continuous improvement and leveraging technology.
Today, I want to talk about Peak operational conditions. POC refers to the optimal state of a business when it is functioning at maximum efficiency and productivity. Understanding these conditions is crucial for scaling effectively. However, I use it interchangeably from a professional and personal development perspective.
