This was Garrett’s first time camping in a hammock, and he used a homemade 9×9 tarp to provide protection against the elements. The two hosts discuss other opportunities for DIY gear and whether they provide value over cheap camping gear you may already own, or top of the line gear from reputable manufacturers.
The intent is that this podcast can help serve as a guide for those who are planning a DIY hunt of their own out West.
