Binge eating is a HABIT that needs to be rewired

You spent years telling yourself:

To only have 1 TBSP of PB
Don’t eat after 7pm
Only have 1 cookie
Make sure you get protein and veggies at every meal.

& these rules just left you feeling super deprived, thinking about food so much more and having strong urges to eat way past fullness.

It doesn’t matter how motivated or discipled you are… as soon as a strong urge comes on, it feels like you don’t have a choice but to give in.

And every time you give in, you’re further ingraining this habit of binge eating into your brain.
