The Kensington Orbit Trackball Mouse (Will It Solve My Hand Pain?)

I switched to the Kensington Expert trackball about 5 years ago. I even did a video about it (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VaG4sCXTkrw). But recently I have been having a bit of hand pain, and I suspected that the mouse was the problem. So...I decided to try a different Kensington trackball--the Orbit!
