Show Notes

Recent studies show that as many as one in five women develop symptoms of depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, or a combination of these, within one year after giving birth.  Women with postpartum depression experience such intense feelings of sadness, anxiety or fatigue, that they often have trouble functioning and coping with daily tasks. Listen in with hosts Kara Carper and Lea Wetzell to learn how the right nutrition can help moms feel more like themselves again after childbirth, and into the first year of baby’s life.
