Today's chat is with Lisa Bilston, owner of Bob's Your Uncle cafe in Melbourne's Doncaster East. One day last week, a customer went ballistic about being served the wrong rice. He upset Lisa and her staff so much that she closed the cafe on the spot. We chat the next day: she's regrouped and reopened but has vowed to take a stand to protect mental health.
