Sydney restaurateur Giovanni Pilu is deep in the uncertainty of the Northern Beaches lockdown, having had to deal with thousands of cancellations at his restaurant Pilu at Freshwater, plus the anxiety of shepherding his staff through a second closure, this time without JobKeeper. He's waiting for news on next steps from the NSW Government and is trying to stay calm and hopeful in the meantime.
