In McLaren Vale, we catch up with Sean Baxter, co-founder of Never Never Distilling Co, producer of award-winning gin. Sean shows us around the distillery and introduces us to Wendy (the still), we do a tasting in the cellar door and talk about his joyful pathway to becoming a juniper freak.
