I was at brunch with 2 friends who also happen to be C Suite executives. One of them expressed her frustration at the resistance she was experiencing to an idea that would improve her organisation. "It doesn't make any sense!" My immediate answer was to tell her to research Carmen Medina. Her story of trying to bring the CIA into the modern age of the internet is an apt example of the fact that being right is not enough. You need so much more.
