As we begin this week under the energy of the New Moon in Capricorn, many are feeling heavier or more tired than usual after its powerful activation. As the resistance to this slow down arises, my spirit guides remind us that rest is not a setback—it is part of the guidance in this collective energy message.
The New Moon brought a powerful frequency of standing out, shining bright and embodying the focused, determined energy of your personal empire. It is a time to rise, but also a time to deepen your awareness.
My spirit guides ask us to pay attention to the signs, symbols, and subtle messages showing up in our lives, gently guiding us toward the path of least resistance. When we listen, alignment unfolds with greater ease. When we resist, the lessons tend to repeat.
Take a moment to pause, soften, and reflect on where you are being asked to slow down. The choice to listen is always yours.
