This week’s channeled message brings a powerful theme: coming out of the shadows.
While many people will shudder at “shadow work,” it is actually a beautiful opportunity for growth. The energy this week amplifies what has been hidden, avoided, or operating beneath the surface. Your subconscious mind is rising into awareness — not to overwhelm you, but to bring clarity of direction, subconscious healing, and deeper alignment.
You may begin to notice areas where you feel frustrated, blocked or misaligned. Old patterns, emotional triggers, or limiting beliefs may surface.
Discomfort can be part of spiritual awakening and personal transformation.
Remember: what is new often feels unfamiliar before it feels safe. That doesn’t mean it’s wrong. It means you are expanding. Instead of dismissing what feels uncomfortable, sit with it. Get curious. There is wisdom underneath the reaction.
This is a week of truth. A week of deeper self-awareness. A week of stepping closer to the identity of the person who is already living the life you desire.
