Yes, I said it... New Year's Resolutions, but I don't really mean it. I just wanted to get your attention so I could call it something else.
I have never been a fan of calling them resolutions. I believe setting intentions and goals are a more positive practice for ourselves. No matter what you like to call them, these 3 things plus a BONUS one will assist in setting yourself up for success!
