I've been getting this question a lot—why start a brick-and-mortar cash-based walk-in clinic when I already have a virtual practice?
Here's my honest answer—money, ego, testing a model, and building something meaningful for my local community in Long Beach. I talk about the risks, the overhead, and why I'm not abandoning virtual medicine or the digital nomad life.
My virtual practice will still focus on health coaching and healthy aging—but this clinic is me testing a model that might be scalable (or might just lose me a bunch of money 😅).
