When hiring social media managers, web developers, or any other digital professional to build your brand, you have to go through the painful process of posting a job and vetting potential hires. This is how I do it, and it's been working okay for me. In this example, I'll tell you about online jobs.ph, but you can do the same on other sites like Virtual Latinos or Upwork.
