I am telling mine, and published my memoir, Gasping for Air, this spring. Having lived a life surrounded by narcissists, I consider myself the voice for victims of narcissistic abuse, and share what I know about narcissism, its physical and mental side effects on victims, and empowering women in similar situations to put their needs first.
