Carol Bartholomew, the Principal of Polaris K-12, has served as an administrator of the school since 2010 and celebrated her 36th year in education in 2021. In our conversation, Carol explains that she has always taught a little outside of the box, but provided developmentally appropriate practices for the students she taught.
