Dr. Hassina Kajee had what she thought was the perfect job caring for patients in an acute care ward in South Africa. After time, however, she realized she could have a much greater impact through nutrition and lifestyle. With that message, she joined the nUtrition network and was instrumental in bringing LCHF nutrition to thousands of underserved South Africans through the eat Better South Africa campaign.
