Gen Z and Gen Alpha offer a tremendous opportunity for educators and contractors. They may look different than previous generations, but they have a LOT to offer! The pandemic and the ensuing “Great Resignation” meant shifts in culture and what these younger generations expected from jobs. No longer would they tolerate outdated working practices and company cultures. They wanted more training, more growth opportunities, and more opportunities to make a difference. To be a top placing program, with top performing contractors, we need to understand the needs of BOTH.
