Show Notes

Aloshan asks for guidance in treating the tension in his chest which Dhammarato compares to a "hole, emptiness, or feeling of longing for permanency". Aloshan is given a practical exercise of long deep healing breaths which loosen up the adrenaline built-up, in combination with a visualization technique which allows him to "be curious and playful" with this sensation.
