En tres meses se celebran elecciones, también a la institución más antigua, y a la vez la más desconocida, de Cantabria. Cuando se buscan fórmulas para “regenerar” la política, haciéndola más transparente y participativa, podríamos empezar por mirar hacia nuestra tradición democrática, para repensarla.
