Figueroa Eight is a 41-story high-rise apartment building situated on a one-acre site that was previously a parking lot owned by Mitsui Fudosan America (MFA) since the late 1980s. Designed by Johnson Fain, the building's modernist design fits well into the city's landscape and showcases a unique double-story expression with the use of three types of glass.
