"We tend to think 'more is better'. We've been conditioned to attracting more visitors, and all the metrics by which we're generally judged are quantitative. I think there's a real lack of understanding or appreciation for the qualitative side of the destination side. I think to date, we would all agree the customer experience or the visitor experience is important, but we don't know how to measure it. And that's really what we're trying to address here." - Chris Fair on focusing on other factors than just the quantitative side of things.
