This week I had the opportunity to sit down with two dear friends who are both birth goddesses and amazing mothers, Sasha and Megan, and absorb their wisdom for empowered pregnancy, birth and postpartum. Sasha is a trained midwife, relationship and sexuality coach and postpartum guide and Megan is master certified intimacy and desire expert helping people to experience better love, sex and relationships. They both share the intimate moments of their birthing journeys including the eerily similar visualizations they both had during conception, their experiences with home births, and the inspiring details of their fourth trimesters.
We discuss:
