We had an unbelievably eye-opening experience this week with our friend Kyle Mercer— master coach, guru, and the creator and founder of Inquiry Method (a powerful coaching modality that he's currently teaching inside of our Desire on Fire Apprenticeship Program).
In this episode, Kyle guides us both through somatic techniques and practices LIVE, and offers us an opportunity to release our burdens so we can open more fully to the present moment.
