Putts and Pins in West Des Moines to Close: A Local Favorites Bittersweet End
The popular mini-golf and bowling spot, Putts and Pins at Jordan Creek Town Center, will close its doors on March 31, 2026, after just over two years of operation. The business, which opened in November 2023, offered 24 holes of high-tech indoor mini-golf, 6 lanes of duckpin bowling, and a full restaurant and bar. The closure comes amidst increased competition from The Fat Putter in downtown Des Moines and Backpocket Brewerys Pin and Pixel spot in Johnston. Gift card holders are encouraged to use them before the end of the month, and the business will honor all booked catering and private events until closing day. Expect specials and blowout events throughout March as patrons enjoy one last round at this local favorite.
