Show Notes
Three Iowa-based soldiers, including Chief Warrant Officer Three Robert Marzan, Major Jeffrey OBrien, and Sergeant Declan Coady, were among six killed in an Iranian attack on a facility in Kuwait. The soldiers, who served in the Des Moines-based one hundred third Expeditionary Command, were remembered by friends and family as outstanding leaders and dedicated workers. Flags at half-staff were ordered in California and Iowa to honor the fallen, and President Donald Trump and Iowa Governor Kim Reynolds plan to attend the dignified transfer at Dover Air Force Base in Delaware.
