Former Iowa daycare provider, Allison Dorsey, pleads guilty to involuntary manslaughter in the 2019 death of eleven-week-old Luka Hodges. Dorsey admitted to accidentally causing the babys death by rocking him too hard. After initially facing a murder charge, Dorseys case went through two trials, with the second conviction overturned. In court, Dorsey expressed remorse. She faces up to five years in prison and restitution to the family.
