Drake University mourns the loss of sophomore Sgt. Declan Coady, one of six soldiers killed in a strike by Iranian forces in Kuwait. A candlelight vigil was held, attended by over a hundred students, faculty, and alumni, to honor the upbeat and motivating Bulldog who was pursuing his studies while serving. The community, including Coadys mother who worked on campus, is grieving together, but finding strength in supporting each other.
