Denvers Dumpling Bracket Heats Up: Eight Restaurants Remain in Elite Eight

Rocky Mountain Momo emerged victorious in the biggest showdown, while MAKfam, a Michelin-recognized Chinese spot, fell to ChoLon. Voting closes at eleven fifty-nine PM on Sunday, March fifteenth.
