The Cable Center, now Syndeo Institute, sold its 75,000 sq ft building to the University of Denver for $19.5M. The university, which already owned the land, will use it as a welcome center and event space, generating new revenue. The institute, which preserves cable industry history and trains leaders, will move out by June 30th, freeing up costs and allowing them to digitize their collection for global access. They plan to find a new home by the end of 2026.
