Show Notes
Two American astronauts, Jessica Meir and Chris Williams, are set for a major spacewalk on Wednesday to upgrade the International Space Stations solar panel array. This is Meirs fourth spacewalk and Williams first. The mission comes after a challenging period earlier this year when a health issue forced four astronauts to return early, leaving Williams and two Russians to run the station with a small team. Now with a full crew, including Meir, normal missions can resume.
